Regarding whether nuclear waste should be exempted from regulation, I wanted to comment that I am opposed to this idea. Nuclear waste is the most dangerous type of waste and should be the most highly regulated. It should not be dispersed into the market or into regular trash dumps or incinerated, and no level of radiation above zero is too low to be considered safe. I ask that all discussion of exemption be ended.
